While working at St. Scholastica the College introduced a new “one-stop” system coined Cor (which is Latin for “heart”) for students, falcuty and staff. Cor would house all the College’s communication, events, news, grades… everything. This was an effort to deliver more personalized content to the user based on their status with the College. I was tasked with branding the new tool and developing the UI for the user’s dashboard once logged in.
Since this was an official product of the College it needed to be branded as such. The color palette was pulled from the College’s branding guide. The logo uses circles to represent the many different services the tool pulls together. The variation in services is visually represented by the color/size of the circles.
